As if I don't have enough to think about....who am I kidding? I think about the added weight on my body all the time. I think about the food I eat; what isn't good for me, what could be better.... and the lack of physical activity constantly. I'm really unhealthy. I have stopped smoking, and have slowed alcoholic beverages to almost nothing. I'm surprise every time I go to get myself check for diabetes that it has not developed....both my parents developed diabetes later in life and I suspect it will be the same for me.

What's stopping me from getting back in sharpe-ish...I've always been solid with fluff but healthier then what I am currently.

I'd kick myself in the ass if I could....

Zumba

Last night was the second class to Zumba in Rama.  Fun and exciting,  the mute giggles of our adventurous ladies who have come out these pass two Mondays put their best shimmy foreward.  With eight sessions total - I can see time flying by!

It hurt more last night then it did the last time, this only tell me I'm strengthen muscles that have been dormant for too long.    I could feel my arms giving out and felt the floor was too slippery for my rumba/mambo steps.  I am still having a blast and sweating and shake'n what my momma gave me!
